Built for Speed

Design, build and race your Lego hot rod, dragster or supercar down rad ramps and slick tracks. Modify your ride for extra speed then re-race your turbocharged wheels for ultimate victory.

COST: $5 per person or $15 for a family pass (admits up to five people. Must include at least one adult). Free for under 2s.

Help set an aqua Guinness World Record

Join Ipswich Hospital Foundation as it attempts to set a Guinness world record for the largest aqua fitness class. More info here.

RAAF Amberley Aviation Heritage Centre Public Open Day

Their open days are suitable for young and old, so bring along the kids and the grandparents and anyone else who loves planes.  As the heritage centre is located within RAAF Base Amberley, you must have photo ID. http://www.raafamberleyheritage.gov.au/events/

Ipswich Showplace Markets

The Ipswich Showplace Markets are held every Sunday at the Ipswich Showgrounds. They are open to the public between 6am and 11:30am.

Stallholders currently sell a range of items, both new and second hand. They range from toys, clothes, books, plants, household items, DVDs and CDs, art, craft, tools, hardware, services, fruit and vegetables, ice-cream, hot food, coffee and more.

Disney sing-a-long festival
