The AC/DC story

A three-hour biographical concert of the world’s biggest rock n’ roll band, AC/DC, featuring narrated facts, photos and stories of this legendary rock band and their rise to stardom.

Showcasing selected tracks off every studio album, from the Bon Scott and Brian Johnson eras, performed by ACCA DACCA, the only AC/DC show endorsed by AC/DC themselves. Incorporating video footage, cannons, bells, and bagpipes, it’s a one of a kind experience and a show you’ll never forget.

Give a self-driving shuttle a try

The future is here. Head to Orion Lagoon and hop on an electric self-driving shuttle. It will travel along John Nugent Way. The self-driving shuttle demonstration is part of Ipswich City Council’s Smart City Program.

Fundraising Sausage Sizzle

Dance the night away at Marburg

Dance the night away at the 2018 Marburg Dance Night. The dance is hosted by Marburg and District Residents Association in conjunction with Marburg Show Society. There will be raffles, lucky door prizes and supper. Local band White Heather will provide the music.

parkrun

parkrun organise free, weekly, 5km timed runs around the world. They are open to everyone, free, and are safe and easy to take part in. All ages and abilities can go along and run the 5km course. Please register before your first run. Bring a printed copy of your barcode so you can get your time. You are also welcome to grab a coffee in a local cafe with the parkrunners afterwards.
