Sexual Violence Awareness Month – Domestic Violence Action Centre in partnership with University of Southern Queensland presents
Clementine Ford and Guests.
Clementine Ford is a Melbourne-based writer, speaker and feminist thinker. Through her twice-weekly columns for Daily Life, Clementine explores issues of gender inequality and pop culture. Clementine’s first book was Fight Like a Girl (2016). Her second book Boys Will Be Boys will be released in October 2018.
Hear Clementine discuss her new book and the issues it raises. There will also be a guest performance from the Being Heard Production 2018.

Descend into Sydney’s seedy underworld in a new photographic exhibition revealing the dark side of the Roaring Twenties.
Explore more than 130 candid and compelling mugshots taken by New South Wales Police between 1920 and 1930. Known as the ‘Specials’, they are unlike any found elsewhere in the world.
Immerse yourself in all things Underworld with the stunning accompanying book and an exciting line-up of talks and tours.
