Arts Alive will be presenting a new series of Art Conversations each month to learn more about some of the artists in our community and their creative processes.

The program will start with local artist Donna Davis, who was recently the Creative in Residence at Queensland State Archives; exploring past and present stories of the Wet Tropics World Heritage Area’s listing with reference to vulnerable flora species. Come and get a sneek peek at some of her new creations, hear about how she navigated and used the archive collection to create these works and where to from here, over a delicious afternoon tea.
