Trivia night for Ipswich Hospice

Test your knowledge and support Ipswich Hospice at the same time. Ipswich Hospice Trivia Night promises a night of trivia, games, prizes, refreshments and a raffle. Come alone or bring your friends – tables of 10. There will be a prize for the best themed table so get your decorations and costumes ready. HS Ipswich will be hosting a 5 week course, led by our Cause Leader of Electronics Geoff Wheeler, to teach these skills and more. This course has been designed for beginners, so if you have never toyed with electronics before, but have always been interested in learning, this is a good starting point.

West End Juniors Car Wash Fundraiser

The West End Juniors are raising funds with a Car Wash. Get your car washed by a player or committee member.

Learn 3D design and print

This three-week course will teach you the basics in 3D design using an online tool, Tinkercad. Start to create your own unique design, explore similar designs online and mix them into your own. Prepare your 3D designed object for printing and have a chance to design in virtual reality using Google Blocks. Basic computer skills are required. Email address is required for these sessions. Week 2 looks at advanced 3D design techniques, exploring community shape generators, sharing and collaborating your 3D design and 3D design troubleshooting.

2. Parkrun

Start your weekend off with some fitness fun. This free 5km event is held weekly and suitable for runners and walkers of all fitness levels. Volunteers are also sought to help the event run smoothly.
