This month enjoy a delicious salmon dish with an Asian twist – blackened salmon with crushed sweet potato and Asian vegetable.

Ingredients:

Salmon fillet 200g

Sweet potato 100g peeled

Cream 30 ml

Asian vegetable (bok choi)

Salt and pepper

 

Marinade:

Turmeric 1 tps

GF soy sauce 50 ml

Crushed ginger 10g

Crushed garlic 10 g

Chinese rice wine 60 ml
