The Defence Policy for Industry Participation – What does this mean for me and my business?
The Australian Industry & Defence Network Queensland (AIDN QLD) together with Ipswich City Council, invite you to attend this industry breakfast on the 30th of May 2019 at the Ipswich Civic Centre.
The keynote speaker, Dr. Sheridan Kearnan (First Assistant Secretary Defence Industry Policy), will discuss the Defence Policy for Industry Participation (DPIP) and how the policy is designed to make it easier for Australian companies to compete for work in the Defence sector.
The Defence Policy for Industry Participation (DPIP) provides a framework for maximising Australian and local industry involvement across Defence materiel and non-materiel Defence procurement of $4 million and above ($7.5 million for construction services).
The DPIP builds upon the Australian Industry Capability Program to maximise the opportunities for Australian industry participation at a national and local level in order to meet Australia’s Defence capability requirements.
Register to attend our industry breakfast and find out how this policy will help your business compete for upcoming Defence opportunities.
