Spicers Hidden Vale invites you to indulge in a truly unique food festival showcasing the delicious variety of food and beverages that summer in Queensland has to offer.

The inaugural Flavours of Summer Gourmet Festival celebrates fresh produce, suppliers and retailers from across the local region and offers guests the opportunity to immerse themselves in unique Australian activities.

Today’s events include:

  • All day: Home-made ice cream of the day
  • All day: The Perfect Party Co. lawn games
  • 6.30am-7.30am: Adventure Walk
  • 10am: Sourdough masterclass
  • 4pm-5pm: Cocktail making class
  • 5pm-5.30pm: Market garden tour
  • 6pm-7pm: Aperol chacuterie hour by the pool
  • 9pm: Moonlight cinema – Sideways

Pilates at South Ripley

Pilates with Donna Dobs. Suitable for beginners, level one and two. BYO yoga mat and drink bottle.

Built for Speed

Design, build and race your Lego hot rod, dragster or supercar down rad ramps and slick tracks. Modify your ride for extra speed then re-race your turbocharged wheels for ultimate victory.

COST: $5 per person or $15 for a family pass (admits up to five people. Must include at least one adult). Free for under 2s.

Beading with Howard

Learn how to make beaded jewellery. Join this small beading group at Our House Our Haven. Howard will teach you everything you need to know and help you create some beautiful things for you to keep. 19th & 20th Century Works

View some of the finest pieces from the Ipswich Art Gallery’s collection of 19th and early 20th century fine art and folk art, as well as contemporary works reflecting Ipswich’s heritage.

Middle Eastern Dancing

Anyone welcome to come along and learn Middle Eastern, Armenian, Bollywood style dancing.
