In the meantime, here’s a taste of what you can expect from some of the acts headed our way.

Tribute to the highwaymen

Collectively as The Highwaymen, the quartet has a unique connection to Australians that has only strengthened over the last two decades. The Highwaymen toured Australia in 1991 and 1995, playing Newcastle, Adelaide, Sydney, Melbourne, Perth and Brisbane, attracting hundreds of thousands to their concerts and appearances and generating an excitement rivalled only by that of The Beatles.

Now, Canadian-born international performer and producer Dail Platz along with Graeme Jensen, Gary LeGear, Dallas Southam and Laurie Keating, has re-created the magic that is The Highwaymen .

Prada’s Priscillas: An all-male revue

Flanked by gorgeous men, lead singer Prada Clutch and her ‘girls’, take you on a journey from where it all began with Les Girls in the 60’s, across the Aussie outback with Priscilla Queen of the Desert in the 90’s, and into 2018 with a celebration of today’s music icons.

The ninety-minute all-male revue features some of Priscilla Queen of the Desert’s greatest hits including I Love the Night LifeGo WestShake Your Groove ThingFinally, and I Will Survive.

The Grigoryan Brothers

Although regarded as Australia’s finest guitar duo, performing much of the instrument’s standard classical repertoire, the Grigoryan Brothers’ passion is to expand their horizons through new arrangements, their own compositions and commissions.

This ambition can be heard as the brothers take the classical guitar into genres such as jazz, folk and contemporary music. There are no boundaries, only new frontiers to cross. In concert, mix it all together and you have a dimension to guitar-playing rarely seen in the musical world.

Alice In Wonderland – Melbourne City Ballet

Alice In Wonderland tells the story of a young girl who is whisked away to a magical world of wonder. Falling through a rabbit she meets magical creatures both strange and mysterious on her adventure to find her way home.

Michael Pappalardo (Artistic Director) and Brendan Bradshaw (Artistic Associate) pay homage to the well-known novel by Lewis Carroll, Alice In Wonderland, with this enchanting ballet complimented by one of Tchaikovsky’s most famous scores.

James Reyne – A Crawl to Now

A Crawl To Now is a 90-minute live show featuring songs selected from over twenty albums. James will be joined on stage by renowned guitarist Josh Owen in acoustic duo format.
