Quest for excellence brings international hotel brand back to Ipswich

Ipswich’s newest hotel, a six-storey development by the Quest group, will open on Monday.

The 82-room property at Wellness Way, Springfield Central is about 100m from Mater Private Hospital Springfield and 500m from Orion Springfield Central and University of Southern Queensland (USQ).

It offers studio, one bedroom and two bedroom apartments and guest services including a gym, laundry, conference facilities and secure on-site parking.

A Quest Apartment Hotels spokesperson said Springfield Central was the ideal location to expand the international brand.

“Quest’s primary focus is on providing premium accommodation for business travellers wherever they need to be – whether it be suburban, CBD or regional locations,” the spokesperson said.

“Quest views the south-west corridor of Brisbane as a key economic area for the city, home to a range of our existing clients.

“The area has strong accessibility credentials, boasting easy access to the Brisbane CBD, Ipswich and Brisbane Airport.

“Additionally, with a range of key room night drivers already operating within Springfield such as Mater, USQ, GE, Springfield Tower and Orion, we are confident that this centre will go from strength to strength and be a key place to do business.”
