All mums and dads looking for free or low cost entertainment for young children during the school holidays should keep reading.

Ipswich has a host of attractions to help keep the kids amused and entertained.

Here’s short list to get you started.

A firm favourite with families is Ipswich’s free zoo. Ipswich Nature Centre is located in Queens Park and offers kids the chance to get up close and personal with Australian native wildlife.

In the meantime take a look at the video of these cute dingo pups.
