Executive Chef Rohan is back with another episode in this home-grown cooking series.
This month – vegetarian vermicelli noodle salad with sweet chilli and soy.
Ingredients:
100 g bean thread Noodles – soaked in hot water and drain (Vermicelli Noodles )
 ½ cucumber sliced thinly
 1 small carrot sliced thinly
 Beansprout 30g
 Coriander ½ bch
 Mint ½ bch
 Fried onions/roasted peanuts
Dressing:
Sweet chilli sauce 100ml
 GF soy sauce 30 ml
